Embedding the Chat Widget on Shopify, WordPress, and Webflow
Step-by-step instructions to embed the zero-dependency, Shadow DOM isolated chat widget on any website or CMS platform.
1Copy Your Universal Script Tag
From AI Agents > Embed & Install, click 'Copy Script'. The snippet looks like: <script src="https://webigo.ai/api/widget/embed.js" data-agent-id="..." defer></script>.
2WordPress Installation
In WordPress, open Appearance > Theme File Editor > footer.php, or use a plugin like 'WPCode / Insert Headers and Footers'. Paste the script right before </body>.
3Shopify Installation
In Shopify Admin, go to Online Store > Themes > Edit Code. Open theme.liquid, scroll to the bottom, and paste the snippet directly above the closing </body> tag.
4Webflow / Squarespace / Wix Installation
Open your project's Site Settings > Custom Code, paste the script into the Footer Code section, and publish your changes to live.
