1Create Your Agent in AI Agents Studio
Navigate to AI Agents in the sidebar and click 'Create Agent'. Give your agent a name (e.g., 'Apex Sales Concierge'), role description, and custom persona prompt.
2Ingest Business Knowledge (RAG)
Add your company FAQs, product manuals, refund policies, or scrape your existing website URL. The RAG engine automatically segments text into search-optimized chunks with lexical keywords.
3Customize Visual Appearance & Colors
Select from curated brand palette swatches (Indigo, Emerald, Rose, Amber, Cyan, Slate), choose bottom-right or bottom-left placement, and configure suggested starter question pills.
4Test in the Live Interactive Playground
Send test questions in the real-time simulator. The RAG Grounding Inspector reveals exactly which knowledge chunks were retrieved to answer your prompt.
