1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or utilizing the Webigo AI platform, services, APIs, and associated web applications, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must discontinue platform use immediately.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your organization account and client sub-accounts. You agree to notify Webigo AI promptly upon discovering unauthorized access or security breaches.

3. Permitted Platform Use

You agree not to use Webigo AI for unauthorized mass unsolicited communications (spam), illegal activity, deceptive sales funnels, or any conduct that violates applicable data protection regulations (such as GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM).

4. Subscription Billing & Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time within your billing settings. Refunds are handled in accordance with our 14-day satisfaction guarantee policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by governing law, Webigo AI shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, data transmission disruptions, or third-party service provider outages.
