We utilize collected information to maintain, safeguard, and enhance our services; process transactions; deliver automated client messaging workflows; and provide dedicated technical assistance. We never sell your personal or business customer data to third parties.
3. Data Security & Storage
We enforce strict industry-standard security protocols, including AES-256 at-rest encryption and TLS 1.3 in-transit encryption. All operational credentials and webhook tokens are stored in isolated, access-controlled key management vaults.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When connecting third-party platforms (such as Stripe, WhatsApp, Google Business, or Cal.com), data exchange occurs strictly in accordance with your specified workspace configurations and the third-party providers privacy standards.
