Getting Started - Connect Personal Inbox
Sync your Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 email account with two-way sync directly into conversations.
1. Open User Profile Settings
Click your avatar in the bottom-left corner and choose 'My Profile' > 'Email Integrations'.
2. Authenticate via OAuth
Click 'Sign in with Google' or 'Sign in with Microsoft' and grant secure offline email reading/sending permissions.
3. Choose Sync Preferences
Toggle whether outbound emails should automatically create new contact records if the recipient does not yet exist.
