Using the Datetime Formatter in Workflows
Format timestamps into localized human-readable dates for appointment confirmations and custom invoice reminders.
1. Insert the Formatter Node
In your workflow builder, add a 'Format Date/Time' action node.
2. Select Input and Target Format
Convert raw ISO strings into friendly formats like 'Monday, October 12th at 3:00 PM'.
3. Use Output Variable in SMS or Email
Reference {{formatter.output}} in downstream communication templates.
