Role Overview

Lead the architectural evolution of Webigo AI's autonomous agent framework, Gemini model orchestration, multi-tenant vector memories, and real-time scheduling algorithms.

Key Responsibilities

Architect low-latency agentic loops combining Gemini 1.5 Pro, function calling, and structured outputs

Design resilient context-caching strategies and sub-tenant memory indexing

Collaborate with frontend engineers to build sub-second streaming generative UI interfaces

Benchmark model accuracy, safety rails, and response latencies across thousands of concurrent tenant interactions

Candidate Qualifications

Deep expertise in Python, TypeScript, LangChain/LlamaIndex, and modern LLM orchestration

Track record of shipping production AI systems with high reliability and cost optimization

Strong background in vector databases (Pinecone, pgvector, Qdrant) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)

Excellent asynchronous communication skills in remote-first environments
